MABA started with a small annoyance. We fed a Kannada video into every big dubbing tool we could find, and every one of them handed back something that sounded like a smart speaker reading a form. Correct words. No person in them.
Those tools were built English-first, then Spanish, then French. Hindi got bolted on later. Kannada got a footnote, if it got anything. It isn't malice — it's just what happens when a language is a checkbox instead of a starting point.
So we started at the other end: colloquial Kannada first, then outward to Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. And we kept one rule — the dub uses the speaker's own voice, and the person who made the video gets the file.
