The first 2 free dubs each month are tied to your device (cookie + IP). Dubs 3 to 5 require a quick email + WhatsApp signup so we can offer you the wallet system properly. After 5 free dubs in a calendar month, you'll need to top up — your free quota resets on the 1st of each month.

The web supports longer videos (up to 30 min) and the multi-language bundle. WhatsApp is simpler — designed for quick, short videos under 2 minutes. Anything longer than 2 minutes on WhatsApp, the bot will tell you to use the website.
WhatsApp tier pricing is slightly different (₹49 for ≤1 min, ₹99 for ≤2 min) because of the convenience premium. If you'd rather use your wallet credits, you can — just say "use wallet" and the bot will deduct from your balance instead.
Yes. Every wallet top-up generates a GST-compliant invoice emailed to you within 24 hours. Useful for business and creator-economy tax filing.
Unused wallet credits are refundable within 7 days of top-up via the same UPI ID you paid with. After 7 days, credits stay in your wallet (they don't expire) but can't be refunded back to your bank.
Used credits (already-completed dubs) aren't refundable, but if a dub failed for technical reasons, we restore those credits automatically. Full details in the refund policy.
